The honey fried chicken was delicious

I love their food. The meal was our Christmas dinner and it was great. I had steak and sauteed mushrooms. My brother had turkey salad. We both had ice cream and then we both took home treats. My brother got two character cupcakes ( Elmo and Oscar the Grouch, if I remember correctly) and I got two delicious cannolis. There were great and I want to go back over and buy a half a dozen or even a dozen. I just don't know if I can keep them fresh and safe to eat. I just wish that I could find coupons for them. Springfield Diner doesn't advertise in any of the publications that I buy or get in the mail.

Just had a great breakfast here. The place was packed and we were still seated in minutes. Food came fast and was delicious. Friendly staff. Highly recommended.

Omg so good! I'm from out of town and my family recommended this place. We went and there were so many amazing options. It was even a little past 9 and they still made the special for me. And it was delicious and so big! And don't even let me get started about the amazing desserts that are in the display case. I definitely will be returning to this place the next time I'm in town. Also I want to throw a little shout-out to the servers. I feel terrible I can't remember their names. But they were both working the same section and helping out each other. And as someone who is in the service industry it was really nice to see a team work together for the benefit of the restaurant. Because overall it only helps your reputation. It's the little things 😊

We are in the middle of a pandemic; there is no reason that the staff here shouldn't have their face fully covered. Some of the waitresses have their mouth covered, not their nose. The host at the front door didn't even have his mask on. I recommend people not eating here until the pandemic is over. The good food is not worth the risk.

I went with my family at around 11 pm. Service and food were both great! The wait was very short, and as a plus, we got to sing happy birthday to my mom! Overall great experience at a reasonable price.

Came with a large party for Mothers Day. Loads of hustle and bustle because of the Holiday. Clean establishment, full staff and attentive. All in all the food was pretty good. I would try to come again on a day that is not so busy.

Haven't been here since before the shutdown until this morning. Had an omelet that was so so. Waitress wasn't too great either. I'd still go back there though. Everyone has a bad day every once in a while.

I frequent this superb place often as I enjoy the special air that is exist in this place. The personel is very helpful and qualified. The service is exceptionally fast. Needless to say, the food they cook is first-rate. I frequent often and I was always joyful. The expense is decent. I highly recommend this restaurant to to all.

Fantastic diner! Lots of seating, clean, and great customer service. We got classic breakfast foods and everything impressed us. Will definitely be going back soon!

The food was delicious, price was reasonable and the atmosphere was pleasant. The noise level was low considering how many people were there. The waitress was attentive and the hostess was polite. The seating was comfortable and the temperature of the room was nice. Their deserts were cute and look good. I would go again.

Best diner I've ever been to. The staff is friendly and efficient and the good is fantastic and inexpensively priced. Great for the money. But be prepared to wait a while for a table if you go over the weekend. Totally worth the wait. Make sure you order a dessert!

All I got is wow. Baked mac n cheese with crab cake on top. Delicious. They have a great selection of cakes, pies, and other desserts to go with an extensive menu from eggs to Italian or Greek. You can't go wrong here.

Staff is great. Food is fantastic! Large selection of meals! Always clean! Cheesecake is yummy! All the pastries are fresh and delicious.

On my way to the airport....made great time so rather than spend it waiting I ventured off the blue route with my daughter to this diner. We had a western omelette and a Mediterranean omelette.both were outstanding and came very quickly after ordering. The coffee was very tasty and this place had an abundance of servers. Top notch all the way. I will visit this diner again.

This was our 1st visit. The food was very good, & despite the endless crowd on Christmas Day, the service was very good, & there was hardly a wait. So, we'll definitely be back.

Was amazing. Kids loved it and their food wasn't tiny portions thank god. This will be our new eat out place. Fast service. With 7 people we got our food in 10 minutes.

Food is great but just got chocolate milk with spoiled milk and now im getting sick smh

My family loves this place. The food is always great, and the portions are big! The prices are a little high for a diner, but they make up for that in both quality and quantity. The tables are always clean, as is the bathroom. The owners seem like a very nice and friendly couple. And our go-to waiter, his name is Krassi, is the best. He always takes good care of us and always has a smile on his face. We look forward to seeing him every Monday morning. It's become a family staple. The deserts are great too!

Great service, awesome food (waffles, scrapple, and baked scallops (God, I love diners!)), great prices

The diner was having waitstaff problems during lunch hour. Our waitress poured our coffee and never came back to take our order. Eventually a new waitress took over and did a fine job. The wait for our food took longer than other visits. It's a great place for pancakes and sausages. That's all I've ever had. I will return despite my frustration. I will say that the bakery is eye popping. Diners are known for their decadent pastries but Springfield takes it too a whole new level. Everything is supersized. I plan on trying out the bakery in the future.

Hearty, hefty, big plates. Quality food, great taste, and wonderful service. Everytime out does the one before. I have yet to finish anything that I have ordered. Highly recommend anything on the menu. The wait staff always goes above and beyond. Don't forget to tip!

This place has yummy food and fast service. If there is a long line to get a table try sitting at the counter, it's like you have your own little personal section.

We arrived at this place for dinner. we heard about this restaurant from many people. Well, it was a winning. we were warmly welcomed by the crew and we felt good. The food was just great. We enjoyed every moment and we will visit this place again. Highly recommended.

Delicious best describes every aspect of this dining experience. The staff were professional, but very friendly. The restaurant was well maintained and clean. The food was cooked to order. I would rate the Springfield Diner is a 10. The food is fabulous and the staff is very friendly. No matter how crowded the Restaurant is you never have to wait long at all.

Food was good, reasonably priced and received my food quickly. I had banana pancakes which i loved because they put the bananas right into the pancake batter instead of just cutting them up and putting them on top of the pancakes. Check them out if you haven't already.

Food is really good and cooked with love but why doesn't Springfeild Diner have a Kids Menu in 2020?

One of go to spots-I love their French Apple Pie! I buy the whole at least 5-6 times a year.

Went here for takeout today with my girlfriend, the food smelled so good and it tastes just good as well. Can’t never go wrong with this diner The customer service was 100% as well. Can’t wait to go back and eat in here when things open back up properly!

Large menu that includes a large portion of food which is delicious! Clean, friendly restaurant. Plenty of parking. Child friendly.Highly recommend! :)

OMG I'm from Cali asked for a Philly Cheese sandwich with banana peppers and sweet peppers man did they deliver. Really good sandwich, the meat is chopped fine not a lot of meat, but the flavors are there for sure. Comes with a bag of chips, a pickle slice and a condiment side of coleslaw. Ask for Jolene her warm smile will light up the place!!

I just ordered A French toast breakfast platter.. my “French toast” was only breat barely toasted, eggs got a pile of cheese sitting on top & they were missing my home fries. Completely disappointed with my food, 1st & last order !

Awesome place to eat, food an atmosphere is great

Food was pretty good but no diversity. Many of the waitress and host are all the same. As a person of color it feels as though I just walked into a segregated diner due to the lack of people of color at the establishment.It made me not want to come back as the energy made me feel unwanted.

Great food, good coffee, friendly waitresses & staff. The large desert showcases are better than most bakeries I've seen in the tri-state area.

This diner is very good. I have enjoyed breakfast, lunch and dinner here but the thing that calls my name, whenever I'm nearby, is the "Cool Blue Burger". That's my favorite burger in the area.The food and service is good with an extensive menu. There is something to satisfy every taste.Check it out. There is plenty of parking and seating. I believe that you will enjoy the experience.

I enjoy going to the Diner. Food is always good and the staff is also friendly and good. Went today for dinner. The place was empty and our waitress had her mask around her neck. She went from table to table not using her mask at all. I would recommend waiting until covid is over before going to this restaurant. I will certainly not go back until it is over. I will say that most of the staff (those cleaning up tables, wrapping up silverware, cashier, etc.) wore a mask correctly except for the one waitress working in the large back room.

Best: Athenian Greek Salad with chicken and the turkey burger.

Good breakfast, I had the eggs benedict with potatoes. Both were very good! Server could've been a bit more attentive and friendlier.
